These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and 77xs ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), operating under the domain 77xs.cam. These Terms govern your registration, access to and use of all products, services, content and features made available through the 77xs platform.

KYC Verification. The Platform reserves the right to require identity verification at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation may include, without limitation: a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC or current passport), proof of address where required, a selfie or liveness check and verification of your payment method. Documents must be authentic, unaltered and legible. Submission of falsified documents constitutes fraud and will be reported to relevant authorities.
Secure Submission. All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must not transmit sensitive identity documents via unencrypted email, social media, live chat or any third-party channel.
Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. 77xs will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your credentials.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, 77xs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
Permitted Use. You may access the Platform, view content, create and manage a single Account, make deposits, place wagers on available markets and request withdrawals in accordance with these Terms and any applicable product-specific rules.
Prohibited Use. Without limitation, you must not: (a) use the Platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party; (b) access another User's Account without authorisation; (c) use automated scripts, bots, scrapers or any software that interacts with the Platform without human direction; (d) engage in any form of cheating, collusion, arbitrage abuse or exploitation of technical errors; (e) use the Platform to launder funds or engage in any transaction intended to conceal the origin of funds; or (f) conduct or assist any activity that violates applicable law.
Deposits. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the Platform and may vary by payment method. The Platform reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at its discretion.
Payment Methods. Available payment methods are displayed at the cashier and may include bank transfer and other options. For reference context, Pakistani users may be familiar with payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These names are provided as familiar local references only. The Platform does not claim endorsement, support or partnership with any of these payment providers, and availability of specific methods cannot be guaranteed. Withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your Account. Completion of KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal and may be required again at any time under AML obligations. Currency. Account balances are displayed in PKR. Where currency conversion applies, the rate used is set by the Platform and may differ from interbank rates. Users accept this by transacting on the Platform.

These Terms apply generally; specific promotion terms supplement them and, in the event of conflict, specific terms prevail.
Specific rules governing sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events — and casino games are published within the relevant product sections of the Platform. Those product rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Acceptance of Bets. All wagers are subject to acceptance by the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to limit, refuse or void any wager at its discretion, including where: a wager is placed after an event has concluded; an obvious pricing error has occurred; or where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, collusion or irregular betting activity.
Void Bets. A bet may be declared void under circumstances including: event cancellation, abandonment, postponement beyond a defined period, manifest technical errors in odds, or where settlement would require information that is unavailable or disputed.
Results and Settlement. Event results are settled in accordance with official sources recognised by the Platform. In cases of dispute, the Platform's decision is final, subject to any applicable formal complaints procedure.
RNG and Live Games. All random number generator (RNG) based games use certified, independently tested RNG technology. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studios. Published RTP (return to player) figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual outcomes.

No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, published, uploaded, framed or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of 77xs. The limited licence granted under these Terms does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
No Warranty. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77xs makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will operate without interruption, error or defect, or that it meets your individual requirements.
Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77xs shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue or data; (b) indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages; or (c) any loss arising from gambling outcomes, market unavailability, delayed settlement or system downtime.
Your Responsibility. You assume sole responsibility for: (a) the legality of your use of the Platform in your jurisdiction; (b) the security of your Account credentials; (c) gambling decisions made by you; and (d) tax obligations, if any, arising from winnings in your applicable jurisdiction.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77xs holds its operating licence. Users are responsible for compliance with their own applicable local laws.
Pakistan-Specific Notice. 77xs is not licensed, regulated or endorsed by any Pakistani authority. The platform operates under international licensing arrangements, the details of which are made available where verified. The Platform does not claim to be lawfully accessible in Pakistan; users in Pakistan access the Platform at their own risk and must independently verify their legal position. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 may apply to users in Pakistan.
Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and 77xs arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to attempt resolution through the Platform's formal complaints procedure in the first instance. Where resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration forum in the governing jurisdiction.
77xs reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via the Platform — either through a notification within your Account or by publishing the updated Terms with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account. Outstanding balances will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedure in force at the time of account closure.
